These are some of the struggles that we face as part of the ADHD experience. We are capable of so much, but our brain mechanics can sometimes leave us feeling like we are spinning out of control, or else never even getting off the starting blocks.

As an ADHD Coach, I work with amazing neurodivergent brains to help you get where you need to go, aligning your goals with passion and purpose. You don’t need to have an ADHD diagnosis to work with me: if you’re a passionate, creative person who identifies with any of the struggles above, I would love to work alongside you to help you create the positive change you want to see in your life.

About me
I’m Catrin Woodruff, a certified strengths-focused coach, and I work with creative, big-picture thinkers who are ready to understand their brains, embrace their strengths, and build a life that works for them.
I trained with the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), the globally recognised leader in ADHD coach training, and I am a fully qualified coach. My approach is rooted in strengths-based, neuroscience-informed coaching that helps you understand your brain’s unique wiring and harness it in ways that feel natural, sustainable, and fulfilling.
I offer life coaching with a specialist ADHD focus, assisting clients to create structures and strategies for success and fulfilment tailored to their unique brain wiring. While acknowledging the challenges ADHD can bring, I use a strength-focused approach, encouraging clients to develop a positive mindset and take meaningful steps towards developing self-knowledge, self-confidence and self-love.
As a person with ADHD myself, I know first-hand the joys and the struggles that come with the neurodivergent experience. Since receiving my diagnosis in 2021, I have made it my mission to discover all I can about ADHD brains: our strengths, challenges, neurobiology, and finding out how to work WITH, rather than battle, our unique brain wiring. As a coach, I’m here to help others to do the same, to share the amazing things that I have learned, and to shine a light on what it means to be a divergent thinker.
I know firsthand what it’s like to have a thousand ideas but struggle to start, to hyperfocus on the wrong thing, or to feel like time just slips away. ADHD isn’t a flaw – it’s a different way of thinking.

In addition to my work as a coach, I have over a decade’s experience as a professional classical singer, which has provided me with a fantastic insight into the creative and performing industries and a real knack for getting to know people.
